Phomemo D35, M221 and D520
I regularly use the D35, M221, and D520 thermal printers. I usually use the D520 for address labels, and the other two mainly for smaller labels. The only annoying thing is that you have to use two different programs: “Printmaster” for the D35 and the M221, and “Labelife” for the M221 and the D520. Aside from that, both programs are easy to use, and once you’ve saved a label design, all you have to do is change the text or simply create a new one based on it. Through the print history, you can easily access the most recently printed labels or save them if you want to keep them. While Printmaster is, for me, more of a basic label-making program, Labelife is even more user-friendly and offers some better features. The labels available for purchase from Phomemo are top-notch - they are oil- and water-resistant. They adhere firmly enough not to peel off on their own, yet can be easily removed without leaving any residue when you want to replace them. The print quality of text and images is good for 203 dpi, but I don't think photos come out as well. There is no RFID-tag feature yet interfering with you, which means you can nearly usr every 3rd party label, if you just need some cheap one-time address label instead of the high quality one's from Phomemo. That keeps the costs in check.
