Had a printer from these to print tattoo stencils a few years back and both the printer and app to use it were great HOWEVER, just recently I started again after some time away to find the app now has a premium subscription service and I can't print out designs without paying as such making the printer useless without a monthly subscription

Dear customer, We sincerely regret the negative experience and misunderstanding. In order to continue to provide higher quality and more diverse templates and protect the creative rights of the design team, we have added exquisite paid templates. The choice between paid and free features depends entirely on the user's individual needs. Our paid features are all new additions, not previous free features. Subscription offers more benefits and functions , like an AI generator and fonts to use to create your labels. If you want to continue printing without a subscription, you just need to avoid using PRO tools (AI assistance, paid fonts, etc.). If, when you click to print, the app continues asking for a subscription, it means you're using some PRO tool. Please double-check it.
