All my issues were resolved. Now I’m very happy with my new unit. The operator was very kind and thorough. We worked through each problem and fixed them.

World Class Support I connected with Jes and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. My issues initially was random disconnect. I did a firmware update that fixed the random reboot but the update caused my Apple CarPlay to not play sound. Jes and I tested sound via WiFi and checked config. After a few minutes a new update was provided. Thanks again Jes for your remarkable support!!!

It was a long 3 hours but I have to give it to Phoenix Automotive, I had 3 issues, 1. No back up Camera 2. No Sound from YouTube or Netflix 3. No Am/Fm display Camera was easy just needed to tie the wires For the Sound please remember to plug in the AUX cable in your car to make sound work The display took the longest, it was in the parameters. It was set to 4 we set it to 3 and it centered it! Great support team and learned a lot!!! Thank you again.

KV phoenix Automotive Inc do not buy from them I spent $800 on a 12.1 touch screen radio that volume know don't work, Bluetooth does not work, been dealing with them a month now n won't send a new functional radio horrible customer service n robbed me out my $ unbelievable
