Love these tables and benches. Had a bit of an issue that Phi Villa exceeded my expectations on how to resolve it.

I had an issue with the cabinet I ordered. I called customer service t Phi villaus and they answered right away and then continued to answer my questions throughout the weekend. In March 2022 I ordered an outdoor dining set. It was delivered on time and in good condition. One chair leg was missing the bottom plastic cap and there was a blemish on an arm of one chair. I contacted customer service by email and received a fast response. Customer service arranged for the leg cap to be mailed and upon receipt it was the right fit. The blemish on the chair arm was easily remedied with some touch up paint for which customer service provided a $10.00 refund to the credit card used for the purchase of the dining set. I was extremely pleased with my interaction with customer service and its handling of my issues.

This umbrella is a perfect addition to brighten up my yard. The beautiful color (True color more orange than red: PERFECT) makes alfresco dining even more enjoyable. The color, price/No shipping cost and quality make this an excellent purchase. They also have excellent customer service; ready and available.

We had a problem with the fire pit just before the expiration of the factory warranty. Sending parts to fix the issue was not a good option, so they sent us a replacement fire pit. That was the best course of action. Kudos to their customer service!

The outdoor metal expandable table I ordered was badly damaged by FEDEX in shipping to me, so I contacted the outdoor furniture company, who very quickly sent me a new table. Very good customer service.

Sophia & William is the best! We ordered one of their 10x10ft Outdoor Gazebo Instant Pop Up Canopy Tents (Gazebo) through Wal-Mart. Fed-Ex goofed up the shipping and Sophie & William handled the whole process professionally and efficiently. They responded to all of our inquires and requests in a timely and courteous manner (Walmart and Fed-Ex did not). We celebrated my wife's birthday and the Gazebo helped to keep our guests shaded and cool. Thank you Sophie & William!
