My wife ordered a 9 Pc Phi Villa patio furniture set. Approx one week after the order we had 1 of 5 boxes delivered (firepit). We figured that the order had got split up for delivery. So we waited for almost 2 weeks and nothing else showed up. We contacted Phi Villa and Farrah got back with us. We are not sure if Fedex delivered the other packages or if they were stolen. We live in a rural area so it could have been either or. Farrah was able to get the rest of our furniture delivered in just a few days. I couldnt be happier with the support we received from Farrah and Phi Villa.

Received outdoor set and table was damaged upon delivery. Contacted Phi Villa same evening. Was asked to send a few pictures of damage along with shipping label on box. Email correspondence between support was constant and within 4 days a new table was sent to me without damage. Hats off to their support staff and their no questions asked replacement policies. Job well done

Very pleased with the 2 outdoor chairs I bought from Phi Villa through Amazon. The chairs are as described. They are good looking and well built. I am especially pleased with the company’s customer service. There was a problem with the end cap on one of the legs on one chair and the problem was corrected promptly. I would definitely buy from this company again.

The black surface of my expandable table turned a mottled gray color under a metal tray that was set on it for a couple days. I emailed customer service and attached a photo of the damage. They replied within 24 hours with an offer to send a replacement. The new table arrived very quickly. That is outstanding customer service, and has earned a loyal customer in me.

I purchased this hammock at the very beginning when they were on indigogo. Any problems I've had have been resolved within a day. The product is amazing. I love this hammock, but customer service is so important as well. Both get 5 stars

The table and chairs look great. However there was an issue with mis-machined parts that needed correcting before the chairs would go together. However, it now looks beautiful

I got the bar height 3 piece outdoor set. Now that the product is fully put together, I like it, but the process of getting it there was painful. On my own it literally took me 7-8 hours to assemble with the pieces and tools they gave me. The instructions are terrible and not detailed. Also, when I got to the last chair, the bottom part I put together did not fit on the top. I tried everything, even had my boyfriend who is a handyman try and he couldn’t get it. I tried contacting customer service 2 different ways and it took me FOREVER to get through to someone. I explained to them that I had tried everything and showed them pictures and they still made suggestions for me to fix things I had already tried. Finally they agreed to send more parts and they worked out. I did notice that one of the legs they sent me bent more then it should so be careful to anyone who has a person of a heavier weight sitting in them. This set was expensive. Not sure it was worth the money but it was the only thing on Amazon that fit what I was looking for on my deck.

We received the table and chairs in very short order. We were missing part "Q" the cross piece for the table. The company made one for us. We had to wait a few days but it arrived and we completed putting the table together. Love the look and function! It looks wonderful on our patio! Thank you for being so prompt!
