The normal Amazon business is best in class, but the Amazon Pharmacy is an absolute horror. They notified day of delivery they couldn't fill a standard generic prescription. I stayed with them anyway. Then a week late, then they confirmed delivery from UPS but it was never actually delivered. Since there is no customer support, robots try 3 times to help then cancel your session.

It took several days to get my medication sent to Amazon and when it was finally delivered, it was just left in the mailroom rather than put in my mailbox or in one of the Amazon lockers next to it for security. My medication was never delivered and when I explained it to CS they reissued another one, but they did not tell me this counted as a refill. I found this out by myself when going back in to track the delivery. This prescription requires labs to be done every time, and now I have to go back in to do a whole other round of poking and prodding. There is no communication from the pharmacy to the provider to notify them of an unsent prescription so you are left to figure it out yourself. If you have a medication on your last refill and it is lost in transit, good luck getting a replacement, Amazon will not help or compensate you in any way. Skip the hassle and just get your prescription from a pharmacy.

HORRIBLE. Steer Clear of Amazon Pharmacy. Went online and got a price for a prescription that my insurance would not cover. Once I went to the trouble of having my doctor send the script over, the price was inflated and when I questioned it, I was told that the drug was not eligible on Amazon Prime. Never again.

Super slow. No communication. Have to contact customer service for every little question/detail because none of it is communicated. CS is frequently uninformed/confused/lost. Price advertised frequently change to 10X the advertised price "with insurance".

The medication doesn’t work! All my symptoms came back while using the medications from Amazon pharmacy. The medicine is for a chronic condition and I will never be able to stop taking it. I wanted to save money but the daily symptoms coming back even while taking the medicine from Amazon pharmacy is hard to endure. THE MEDICINE FROM AMAZON PHARMACY IS NOT QUALITY AND I WENT BACK TO CVS WHERE THE MEDICATION WORKS 100% of the time. I will never use Amazon pharmacy again and I will never trust them with ANY healthcare need EVER. Their medications do not work. Do not torture yourself with returning symptoms that your medication should cure. Do not switch to Amazon pharmacy. Your health is worth more than saving a few dollars!

I get my SS check on the 3rd. My script wasnt to be charged till the 3rd then filled the 5,th but they held money 3 days before overdrawing my acct so now i cancelled and will find another delivery pharmacy

Delivery is quick and prices are very low , unfortunately so is the quality of some of the drugs I ordered. For example, Valacyclovir 1 gram is very weak. I end up having to take 2 grams of Amazon supplied Valacyclovir whereas I could get by on 500mg of other generic versions. The same for their eszopiclone 3 mg , weak, I lose sleep . But other , less critical drugs seem to be okay and very inexpensive.

I was skeptical about this service, so I started by transferring a single Rx I was having trouble getting filled elsewhere to Amazon. That went well for several months so I slowly transferred each of my meds, one at a time. I transferred the last medication, my SSRI, with three weeks before I needed my next refill. When I ordered my refill, I was promptly told I could expect to see it the following day. Later that evening, I was notified that my order was delayed until after the first of the year. I can't go without this medication without serious mental health side effects. So, I contacted Amazon Pharmacy customer service and was told "Sorry, we are unable expedite any orders." I told them I can't go without the Rx and they asked me if I would like to speak to one of their pharmacists to discuss the side effects I will experience. I had to have my Rx transferred back to my local pharmacy to be filled there. It is now the next day and my medication has already been filled by my local pharmacy, so this was clearly only a shipping delay. After all, who isn't on an SSRI these days, right? If Amazon prioritized their patients (yes, Amazon, that is what you call people getting prescribed medications filled, patients!) over their retail customers, they might be worth it. Some of us belive our health to be more important than our next prime delivery.
