They lost my meds in transit and I could not refill. Instead of identifying they lost the package early I received messages every day that it would be delivered and then another delayed email later. Zero help from customer service. They should not be allowed to run a service like this. DO NOT USE if you have medications you absolutely cannot miss doses of.

Quoted lowball cost $9.00 per 100. Actual cost was $120.00 for 300, $10.00 more than our local pharmacy. As of now precipitation is at least 1 day late. Will not buy here again.

The transfer process to Pillpack is a nightmare. Takes many months to get everything aligned Also, they will do a switch to their own pricing when they claim they cannot get the price from your pharmacy insurer. The prices are OK but they don’t count to your deductible. Costs me significant amounts of money. Amazon will not provide resolution to this “overcharge”

My pharmacy delivery was delivered at 737 pm,the problem was it was delivered to wrong address.Delivered next door,only way I found my meds was with photo of my neighbor front door.Perishable med,was left near dark door no house address.My house has a large number for my address.This was bad.

The worst experience I have ever had with customer service. They are very rude from the beginning when ask a simple concern. All I ask was why was my prescription sent to a different city. They wanted me to pay out of pocket for a new prescription. The whole point of this pharmacy is convenience. There are many better pharmacies online, please don’t make the same mistake I did by using Amazon Pharmacy.

Unfortunately Amazon has a shipping policy that the system can randomly decide based on weather whether to ship, even if it is an established shipping address that has refrigerated package storage. What made this experience especially bad was that there was no notification that may automatic refill was shipping constrained and only when I checked on the shipment tracking did I discover that it had never shipped. Do NOT count on Amazon for any life dependent medications! There are ZERO workarounds for their customer service they simply offer to transfer it to a local pharmacy that may or may not be available to you in the first place if you live in a rural area such as myself. Very poor form by Amazon not being upfront that your shipments may be randomly delayed at any point if the system decides it doesn’t want to ship there today.

Horrible customer service, I am on chats and on the phone for nearly two hours and still did not get a chance to talk to a pharmacist that could explain to me why they ignored the new prescription for my autistic kid with ADHD and sent the wrong meds and now they don´t let me order the correct one - bc - I just got the medication last week (the wrong one...). All I want is to be able to order the the correct prescription, but instead I am caught up in their ridiculous customer "care"... so frustrating!

I’m forced to rate them negatively as they sold the drug with a few days ship time in way that appeared to be deceptive but, when push came to shove, the actual delivery date was 1 week later. This isn’t acceptable for most medications when the alternative is a local CVS. Be very careful unless whatever medicine you need isn’t time sensitive, which isn’t any medicine I know about.
