Everything was fine received plants well wrapped, good condition. And it was eazy to oder online it was awesome.

I ordered 10 albino tinfoil barbs from these guys I was greatly impressed when they came the next day all alive and healthy as I live in Wyoming and it’s cold in December I would do business with pet zone again

Packaged well. Both puffers arrived alive and well.

Purchased product online, was listed as in-stock. 2 days later received notice that order status was updated and now "Awaiting Shipment". Over a week later, called customer service as order had still not shipped. Was informed that product was actually not in stock, and not awaiting shipment, and that they wouldn't get the product from vendor for at least another 3 weeks. Customer service was very nice, understanding, and helpful but ultimately it was extremely misleading for them to update my order status as Awaiting Shipment when they wouldn't even have the product for another 3 weeks.

It took 2 weeks for me to find out that the plants I purchased are out of stock. Pet Zone didn't even inform me. 2 stars for refunding me quickly.
