Petzone sets the standard
Petzone continues to be my go to fish store for everything! Years ago I would come in to the store before they owned two locations and always had good experiences. I recently purchased a wild caught silver arowana from them online and they quickly contacted me letting me know that they were out of stock of the size that I wanted but not to worry because they were getting another shipment the next day. I patiently waited because I have had many years of positive experiences with them at their retail locations and I knew I wouldn't be let down by the quality and customer service. I got another message that following day letting me know they had arrived. They promptly shipped out the Arowana and it arrived at my house that next day packaged well with styrofoam and a heat pack and bagged multiple times. The arowana was and continues to be very healthy bright coloration and is already feeding readily on pellets. I cannot thank the staff enough for their above and beyond customer service, communication and fast and safe delivery of my new arowana. I will continue to purchase from them as I have in many years past. Thank you guys again!
