Great store quality fish in great customer service.

Pet Zone SD excellent job helping track and get my parcel of fish to me ! Above and beyond what was expected of Pet Zone ! Fish were packed well for the travel to me in Hilo, Hawaii !

Bag were not sealed properly, all the water leaked out and the fish were dead. Employees were combative and will not refund my money. $111.74 is a lot to pay for dead fish. WORSE online purchase EVER! ... and those poor helpless fish suffered a horrible death. This company has lots of bad reviews and an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE !

I have ordered from petzone SD before and was happy with the results. However this particular order was full of problems. I ordered 2 angelfish and 1 panda garra. I was surprised at the size of the garra! The koi angel turned out to be a blushing koi angel. Just beautiful! The marbled angel, however turned out to be a black lace that died upon delivery. It broke my heart. Petzone offered a replacement or store credit? Since they don't seem to know their angelfish I went with store credit on a mail order. Either way I get to spend $58 shipping to replace a $11 fish. There has to be a better solution.

I didn’t receive all of the items in my order. Ats obviously a problem. Also the small amount of floating plants sent for the price was sad. From this first interaction with Pet Zone, these aren’t very competitive products/service. I’m disappointed my review is so sour in comparison with all the good ones I read.
