No ordering again

Order fish last Sunday , was told they ship on Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday… I’m still waiting for a tracking number here we are going into week 2..Sont make sense

I ordered several fish for an Easter tank, but unfortunately, the website’s inventory wasn’t up to date and many were out of stock. When the first half of my order arrived, the bags were only a quarter full of water, the box was soaked, and one fish died shortly after. Communication was difficult at first; I didn’t receive a response to my website messages and had to both call and emails to reach someone. After canceling the backordered items and switching to substitutes, the second shipment arrived quickly and in great condition with full bags of water. While the initial shipping and stock issues were disappointing, the replacement fish are doing well.

I placed an order for black worms in December. I repeatedly tried to speak with a live person, no answer, the message tells you to email. I got responses back saying they were on backorder, I asked for someone to call me, no response. I asked for full refund, no response. This is a horrible way to do business! I just want my $ back

Been waiting for my stones for 4 months now and after countless back and forth messages the team still can’t get my orders fulfilled currently. Already got screwed over on a project after not receiving the correct plants. Never doing business with again.

My order was great 2 figure 8 puffer babies and 1 green spot puffer baby. Eating great and I acclimated them to brackish water they are all thriving! Would definitely recommend for purchase love the options for shipping as well. Great packaging will purchase again in the future.

Fish looked very weak upon arrival. It’s recovering but very slowly. I question the quality. I requested more on the larger size bc they said between 4-6 inches. I expected 5-6. If you cannot a comodate a request in the notes you should let the buyer know. Not all my questions were answered via email. They did send video but I had questions after that were not answered. Otherwise I appreciate the quick delivery even though I’m not sure it matches your policy of shipping. I ordered on Saturday I believe and it came Tuesday. I was surprised last second because I expected shipping Tuesday and arriving Wednesday. I was already planning to take Wednesday off but had to change plans last second. Shipping policy states they ship Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. All in all ok experience. Can it be better? probably yes. I hope the fish makes it.

4/6 of my fresh water clams died, one came dead, three were seemingly okay, but died close to a week later with great water parameters (yes I checked with the API master kit) and the tanks had always had cuttle for shrimp/crabs so that was covered. Shop is slow to respond, never received DOA refund, and other aquatics shops are far more accommodating, understanding, and responsive.
