I ordered 2 9L of the ADA substrate and was able to pick it up at the store the next day. Although, they didn't have it in stock and just provided me 3 of the small bags. I feel really bad about it since I know they're priced differently, but I really appreciate them accommodating me as I live an hour or so away from their store.

Didn’t have any of items ordered despite them showing as in stock. Had to cancel order and have payment refunded.

Online inventory is not updated. Ordered (and paid) for an in-line precision bubble counter but I have never received that. Sent out an inquiry and got a message saying it was out of stock. Representative didn’t offer an alternative just a refund in 2-3 days.
