Ordered 7 fish roughly 4-5 inches. They came in a tiny bag with not even a half gallon of water. All fins were torn and fish looked rough. Opened bag to put them in tank and the water smelled very bad. I’m surprised any of them were alive. Ended up only losing one the next day. Terrible way to ship fish. And on top of that I paid $180 to ship!

They don’t let you know when your fish is even coming it’s been two weeks and there is no customer service!!!!!!!

I had ordered two gourami a giant white and a brown. The responding email from petzone said that my order was waiting to be shipped. Well, after two days of not hearing from petzone, I called about my order only to be told that the pet store is out of stock. I should have been told within a 24 hour period that my order could not be fulfilled. It is called courtesy. Company does refund quickly and have great products, but petzone needs to notify the customer that the order cannot be fulfilled promptly.

Crabs arrived alive. However, all 6 died with 24 hours of delivery.

I will give them credit I did received my items in a timely matter, but I puchcashed $165 worth of power sand. I received 2 badges of power sand $90 worth, and one small bag of power sand small (not what I ordered). All of this was wrong size, wrong kind from what I order. When I called to have this corrected they were only concerned with how many bags I received, not the size (this substrate comes in 3 sizes). The manger stated they sent me what they send due to them not having the size I wanted & that it was more than what I asked for, but that was wrong I ordered 12 liters, I only received 6 and one was the wrong size. They then offered me 4 more bags of the wrong size to compensate for the price. This just underlines the fact that they don't understand the product they sell. After an unnecessary 15 min of arguing about the size defferance he finally understood I would need more than he was offering the finish my project (aquaponics system). This is common, but an issue, you should always understand what your selling. Anything else is just miss information, that causes this hobby to lose in the end. Still waiting on my refund, think twice before spending over $400 in this online store
