I wish I could give more stars!
There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW. She's simply outstanding! I initially started working with her in 2025 and since then she's been helpful beyond measure. She is dedicated, professional, kind, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and deeply caring. When I have concerns, she keeps the lines of communication open, and is very attentive and reassuring. She truly cares for her patient's needs and wellbeing. Thank you again, Kya!

Letter was Rejected, Still no refund
Got my ESA in a timely manner however my apartment complex rejected the letter. I tried to contact Pettable multiple times about getting a refund (their website and the email I received states “Full refund if you don't qualify or if the letter is denied by the landlord ”) and they were very unhelpful. Still no refund. Do not use
Response from Pettable ESASep 1, 2026
Hi Hali, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your ESA letter was rejected by your apartment complex and that you’ve had difficulty getting clear assistance regarding your refund request. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you were relying on the refund guarantee communicated during the process. We’d like to better understand what happened and have the appropriate team review your case, including the landlord’s denial and the status of your refund. Please send us the email address and phone number associated with your Pettable account so we can locate your information and escalate your concern to the right team. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like the opportunity to help get this resolved. Warm regards, The Pettable Team
