I got my letter which was what I wanted but I thought there was more to it. The service guarantees advice but they do not reply to my messages. Honestly I don't recommend this service for anything other than a fast letter.

Very quick and easy process! I was skeptical at first because my apartments are very strict, but it all worked out in the end. Jennifer was very pleasant and understanding.

The counselor I was paired with was wonderful. I was able to also get the papers I needed even faster than anticipated. I would recommend this service!

I love using your service and the letter was very great however there should not be a charge of $150 for the letter . I think the most you should charge in a letter is like 50-60 dollars and $70 that is being too nice . When I got a letter from my provider it cost me $25 to get it . Then if your apartment needs more then you can try to get an additional of $25 but it’s a letter and I don’t agree with the cost of it for what it is . Sorry ! It did however work but my apartment complex thought the letter was sketchy and I paid another fee to get additional paperwork which should have been free because it was because of the provider and how he wrote the letter .. I do really like it but it is very expensive !!!

I never write reviews but this might be the worst service I've ever experienced. I didn't want to write a poor review while I was upset, so I waited a month and I am still so horrified and upset and feel the need to tell people what Pettable is really like. I was at first, assigned a counselor who ghosted on me twice. That in itself was already ridiculous, but I was willing to let it slide. I was reassigned to another counselor. The second I made an appointment with her, she was pushing me to buy add-ons (I assume these fees directly to the therapists). I ignored it because I just wanted to get the letter. She calls me at the assigned time and immediately goes into pushing me to buying the add on again. We talked for 10 minutes total and she spent 8 of those 10 minutes pushing me to purchase these add ons. She told me 98% of her clients end up needing another verification, so I might as well add it now. When she sends me my letter, it is the worst, most generic looking letter. There's no letterhead, just her name at the top with typos throughout. When I ask her for another copy on official letterhead, she says it's already on letterhead (it wasn't). No wonder 98% of her clients need additional verification! Customer service provided the bare minimum in response to my concerns. My request had to be elevated to a high level of CS because they refused to give me any kind of remedy and I was mad. I submitted the letter and had to talk to my management about how it's legitimate so that I don't have to deal with any additional verification. Before my experience, I told my friends how excited I was for this because Pettable seemed legitimate and a reputable site. I retracted that to my friends I told (who were planning on using it). I would never recommend this site to anyone. Do not ever use it!

Loved my experience! I got my ESA letter approved for my furry cat I live in Orlando Fl, Dr. Tasha was very friendly and helpful! I no longer have to worry about the no pets policy. Would recommend to anyone who’s interested or are having the same issue as I was.
