Very easy process.

This was an amazing experience. Being hard of hearing and having anxiety my dog Theo helps me out a lot and without the help of Pettable and their hard workers I was able to keep my dog and have him in my apartment. Thank you so much for this I’m very grateful.

I was nervous about using an online service, but pettable made the process a breeze. The therapist that called me was super friendly and straight forward. Being able to fill out forms and answer questions before the phone call appointment was super helpful. I was able to get both my animals listed and got my letter right away. :) thank you!

I wish I could rate Pettable more than 5 stars. They were great from start to finish. My therapist was very kind and easy to speak with. She showed much compassion through out our conversation. I would recommend everyone to come here. I got my letter so fast. My fur baby Lila and I thank Pettable so much.

The great thing is the therapists hearing your needs and honoring that need. The reason for lower stars is customer service, which provided me with inaccurate information about my service dog letters. I requested additional letters for the transit system in my area and a work accommodation letter which CS said the therapist could provide. The therapist couldn’t provide those letters. Customer service is misinformed and unhelpful and felt like they were misguiding me. Overall I didn’t really get what I needed.

The therapist was so helpful and so was the customer service staff. I had a difficult and stressful situation with my landlord and they not only helped me get my emotional support letter, but were fast and quick to reply to my concerns.

The process was fairly easy and quick all communication seems to be very professional. Sadly I have to figure out that the letter I have received was not accepted by all the places that we have applied to for renting which made the whole process as well as the letter useless and I feel like I should have just not spend all that money to receive a piece of paper that turned out to be completely useless for the purpose intended.
