My experience was good until I got hustled by the doctor. I submitted my documents to my property and they needed the verification. I had to pay the doctor additional money to sign. Not a good experience.

I had a great experience with my counselor. But now, a month later, trying to access my account and reprint my letter is a freaking nightmare. I can't do anything with my account. I'm only directed to new client forms and I need to move within weeks. I need to move within weeks people. this is turning into an AWFUL experience

Having been years since I last got a rescue puppy I had no idea where to start. So I googled. Pettable came up and I was entranced with the functionality and how I could narrow my search for adoption to specify what I was looking for amongst all those adorable dogs! I was so nervous that I would pick the wrong pup. (I know, I love them all but would he like me, my family and our home?) Pettable took all those worries away. I was quickly able to narrow down for a pup who was good with cats and a small child (4yrs) as my daughter, her cat and my granddaughter live with us. I also have a love for boxers so I easily got to mixes that made my heart swell! The process of engaging a rescue and applying for adoption was easy to follow, yet very detailed. While it took some time to fill out these extensive applications, my respect for how careful these shelters working with pettable are in ensuring an animal finds a very good forever home is significantly impressive. It guided me to begin planning how I was going to train, what was best for care and food, and things I might not have thought of initially to make bringing a new puppy into our home an easier transition. After about a couple of weeks, I found and fell in love with 2 pups who happened to be at the same shelter. The woman running the shelter took the time to talk to me about the personality of the puppy and how he would fit into my household and needs. I was looking for an ESA and she took careful attention to match me with the boxer mix, nicknamed Luxor, now Tim "The Enchanter" (lol, Monty Python and The Holy Grail reference). He blended into our home extremely well and adjusted quickly. I credit that to the care, process, resources, and support I received through Pettable. The shelter checked in after the first night and the first week to see how things were going and I was glowing with excitement over my new fur baby. He was 8 weeks at adoption and by 9 weeks Tim already knew how to sit, and lie down, was 80% potty trained, and handled crate training like a pro! (thanks to training resources) I highly recommend using Pettable, not only will they make it much easier to find your rescue, but their program and resources I still use today help keep my puppy on the right track with training, and me on the right track as a new pup mom!

Pettable was so easy to work with! The therapist, Gina, was so friendly and understanding. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I can highly recommend Pettable. They are real and legitimate. I had a problem with my first letter, I'm sure it would have helped, but I was disappointed with it. Pettable gave me Excellent customer service by setting me up with a different doctor at no additional cost. Their customer service is top notch! I would definitely use them again!

I was very disappointed that the fees were not disclosed upfront and ended up paying more after.

I was nervous since I never spoke to a therapist before but Tasha made it easy and I got my letter so my dog can stay in a dorm with me for college. Hopefully it will be accepted. Thank you pettable for making this possible and making the process easy.
