The survey to complete before the…
The survey to complete before the therapist consultation was very easy to interpret and answer. I was able to schedule a therapist consult within 48 hours of my survey completion. That therapist had already reviewed my survey responses and was clear and efficient on the phone. Overall, an excellent and effective experience.

I highly recommend Pettable for your ESA needs!
This was a great experience in getting our pets registered as Emotional Support Animals. The process was very supportive while also thorough. Our counselor was very understanding of what we are experiencing in our lives and how an ESA is beneficial to our needs. If we ever needed to register another ESA, then Pettable will be the first group we will consider!

No one will get back with me regarding…
No one will get back with me regarding a refund. I did not get approved for my ESA and therefore am subject to a refund but the site is so hard to navigate. The letter was so vague that even I wasn’t able to fully understand what they were trying to say about me. The biggest scam I’ve ever experienced!!!!

Affordable and Painless
First of all, Pettable is the most affordable, legitimate ESA letter site I had found. It was easy to book and appointment and my phone call only lasted 15 minutes!
