It said 100% money back guarentee, but if you really search into it you find that its not in fact 100%. Sure some get 100% of the money back, but not 100% of the people get the money back. You don't get the money back unless it gets denied. Meaning they are admitting their product sucks and the best consolation they can give you for getting stranded with your dog and no place to live is your money back. But if you decide you don't want it because you don't want to deal with the stress that comes with possibly being denied? You're SOL. Its a scam that preys on people with mental illnesses and its disgusting.

Without the help from Pettable, moving would have been a nightmare because getting rid of my dog is just never going to be an option. This service provided me with all the tools and paperwork to keep my dog and move into a building I otherwise wouldn't have been able to just based on the breed my dog is, with no understanding of how crucial she is to my quality of life. Pettable is fast and super easy to work with. Highly recommend and worth every single penny:)

Usually I don't like trusting 1 and 5 star reviews. I like to look in the middle. However, people should know that many landlords and housing departments WILL NOT accept a letter from an online source like this and they are not required to. By not telling you this, Pettable is absolutely lying to you. They are allowed to require a letter from a provider with a longer-standing relationship. You can find accurate requirements by looking up "Michigan state university animal legal and historical center", clicking on the first link, and putting "FAQs on Service and Assistance Animals in Housing" into the search bar.

I am so grateful for pettable. My apartment complex has very strict guidelines for ESA letters. They accepted my letter and now I won’t owe any fees for my necessary pets. This option was great for me because therapy is very scarce in my area. Pettable made my process smooth. Thank you again pettable!!

I originally chose Pettable based on the reviews. I was set to have an appointment with one provider and was informed that due to recent changes I would be set up with an in-person consultation. This would have been fine except, I had to follow up about getting rescheduled and then I was notified that no one was available, and I should contact customer service for a refund. Pretty disappointing from my perspective.
