Service was great
Service was great, I had my letter within minutes of the call. I would definitely recommend!

Not impressed
Took quite a while for my therapist to respond. She wasn’t in my state but was licensed here. I had them fill out an additional form, which I paid an extra $30 for, by mail which I hadn’t arrived after a week. So I uploaded a copy and asked her to fill out THE SAME DOCUMENT and she said I had to pay the additional fee for another document which had gone up to $50. I can’t give it a one star due to the fact I have all the paperwork now for my esa but very disappointed in my experience.

I was unfortunately not approved :(
The therapist provided was wonderful and ever so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my living situation did not approve the ESA at all which was the point of my inquiry :(.
