Unpleasant Telephone Call
The entire process was very easy. Although easy the women I spoke to over the phone was rather rude. The conversation was all of 5 minutes and made me feel like the letter she was writing wouldn’t get approved. Her final words were “I’m going to write the letter but no promises on it they accept it” I choose this company because of the raving reviews but the women who did my “consultation” was unpleasant.

Coaching on using ESA Letter
I was touring a place and meeting with a landlord the next day and was able to get effective coaching from Gabriel at Pettable. I was walked through a potential script to use when talking to the landlord about my ESA’s and provided with resources that were applicable to the state I live in. Thank you Gabriel and Pettable!!

Kya was awesome.
Kya was awesome. Her compassion and professionalism was top notch. I didn't apply for an esa to get out of any pet rent payment or bring my dog on an airplane, I really needed an emotional support partner. I am in the uniformed services and during this last government shutdown it has been very difficult for me to find the motivation and resilience to continue on. Having my partner at my side will help need to get through the day and get out of my head.

Overall A Scam, But I Got What I Needed.
I feel completely mislead by this course and Pettable in the end did not make it write, with customer service being fairly miserable to speak with. I got my PST clinician certified letter, but the overall cost and course is not at all worth it. I would 10000% look elsewhere if you're looking for any type of PSD letter for your service animal. My clinician conversation though was nothing short of perfect.
