Puppy come true.!
My experience was great because... I got the dog!!!! The property manager read and analyzed the professionalism of the letter and approved it. Also, my counselor was understanding and kind. She made me feel comfortable with my disability. I am going to meet my new puppy tomorrow!

They actually want to help you
I've experienced a lot of difficulty finding real help getting my pet the paperwork he needed to be my ESA, but this whole process was nothing short of easy and pleasant. It felt like I was just having a conversation, and at the end of it I was told to expect the documents in my email that night.

Amazing Customer Service
After my Initial payment I was allowed to immediately book my appointment with a therapist. After seeing my therapist, the process was relaxing, the steps were explained smoothly.. Everything was phenomenal!
