Quick and Easy, and they keep promises
Unfortunately, my pet was not able to stay with me due to animal service officers disregarding my ESA letter, but Pettable staff and administration were quick to respond and also provide me the refund. The process of the ESA letter was quick and very accessible, the times available for an appointment were really flexible. I appreciated the variation of times available.

The sight was very helpful

paid $200+
paid $200. (almost a month ago) for my licensed professional to not be willing to do her job fully. save your money and see a real professional this is absolutely ridiculous!

Helpful, compassionate, quick
Helpful, informative, efficient staff. Compassionate, easy-to-talk-to therapist who offered to answer more questions if necessary in next couple of weeks. Quick and simple. I truly appreciated the streamlined process with good people on the other end.
