The service was easy to use
The website was very easy to understand and use. The social worker that called for my evaluation was friendly, professional and kind. I had my PSD letter very quickly and sent it to the airline for my upcoming flight.

Helpful and Understanding

Great and Worth it
Paid for expedite which said 1 day estimate. Got a call within a couple of hours, spoke with my doctor and explained symptoms. Within 30 minutes of the phone call the letter was ready. Meets all legal requirements in my state. Great and relieving experience!!

A good experience
They make it simple to understand and even offer state guidelines on their website. The counselor they helped me connect with made the consultation more comfortable for me than I had anticipated. I haven't needed to provide my letter thus far, but it's a relief to have it and to know where to go if a future landlord requires more documentation. We'll worth the peace of mind. Be sure to go over your state's laws for ESA in public settings - a housing letter is not a free pass to take your ESA everywhere. Know your rights before application and payment.
