Expected a more personalized PSA
I thought the PSA letter would be more personalized and not a standard letter that everyone receives. I don’t think a standard letter that is given to everyone (all that’s done is changing the name and date of birth on the letter) is what I excepted.

No refund if you decide you don't want to proceed with the process
Make sure you read the fine print before you pay for anything. I signed up to begin the process of seeking out a letter, but I decided I didn't want to proceed (you don't actually need this type of paperwork for your dog to be a psychiatric service dog). However, since I signed the LHCP consent form, I can't get my $200 back (as per Pettable's misleadingly named "Money Back Guarantee" policy) - even though the mental health professional I was scheduled with agreed to cancel our session 3 days before it was scheduled to take place. Anyway, I'm out $200 even though I did not receive an ESA letter, and I apparently can't get refunded because of some fine print. This feels like the sort of thing that needs to be stated in some big font at the top of the page. This feels super predatory to me.
