Everything went smoothly.. very pleased.
My consultation was scheduled and completed promptly. The ESA letter was available within 24 hours. I was notified when I needed a form upgrade. Everything went smoothly… very pleased.

Useless Letter. Not happy. Californians be careful.
I went with Pettable because I felt that an ESA could really benefit me and help with my anxiety and stress. Due to California's new law, you are required to have a 30 day relationship with your therapist.. which to Pettable is worth $179 dollars for two calls. The first time I had my appointment, while the therapist was nice, she hardly listened to my experience and asked me generic questions... not personal at all. 30 days letter she sent me my letter ahead of our call and I immediately knew I could not turn it in to my landlord. It was extremely generic and worded that I maintain my ESA animal.. (when I didn't have one in the first place). When we got on our last call, I had asked if the letter could be reworded so that it addresses that I am eligible to get an ESA, not already maintain an animal I already have. My therapist's tone immediately changed rudely and she told me she could not change anything. After trying to voice my concerns with the letter to her more, she seemed to not care and just told me to have a good day knowing there's no further communicate afterwards. Here I am now with a useless generic letter that I know is not even worth trying to present to my landlord. Pettable is not the way to go for Californians.. can't believe I wasted almost $200!

Great Experience
As a young adult, I was incredibly worried about how this experience would go. I got connect with Dr. Laughman and she was absolutely amazing at talking me through everything and we connected really well!
