My experience with Pettable went smoothly and allowed me to make my elderly dog an ESA, so I could move out of my house and into a condo community with her. The new HOA accepted the letter from Pettable’s therapist. I am happy that I chose Pettable, and can recommend them from my experience.

The experience has been okay, I thought for the price I would have received more than just a letter... Kind of time consuming trying to pull up a letter instead of having a ID card on hand...

I was told that the forms would be uploaded within an hour and I cannot find the documents. I sent a chat as well and have not received a reply.

The Pettable professional denied my ESA because I need to be seeing a mental health professional in order for her to approve anything. The entire I purpose people come to your website is to navigate around that because therapy is expensive. Then she was trying to get me to set up my secondary insurance which is also expensive showing that her/y'all may not understand your target clientelle. It took her less than a minute to reject me. That is something that could've been determined before I paid & before I got my hopes up. I confirmed all of that disqualifying info before I ever paid. Also, everyone who recommended me here is not meeting those same expectations of ongoing mental health treatment, so you may want to get your team on the same page because they seem to be doing their own thing. All around I'm just annoyed & your website should not market itself the way it does.

After some online prescreening, I had a phone appointment with an LMFT who is licensed in my state. After our meeting, He followed up in just a few hours with the letter I needed for my ESA. He answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. I truly appreciate the service. My ESA and I are moving into our new apartment next week.

It was a smooth process.

Appointment was scheduled quickly and the doctor really seemed to care about what I was going through. Letter arrived quickly.
