Great conversation with Dr. Neer!
It was really nice talking to Dr. John Neer. He was a very understanding and pleasant man. I was approved for a letter to be able to keep my dog with me when we move and am waiting to receive my letter. I would absolutely approve anyone talking and dealing with this company.
