The medical reviewer was thorough
The medical reviewer was thorough, thoughtful, on time. After explaining my needs she saw it for to put a 24 hr rush on my letter which you can tell was written by her and not filled in. I received my letter in about 16 hours. She took her time but didn't waste time either. Over all my experience was encouraging. Thank you so much. I have dealt with so much loss in the last year. Knowing my pet and friend is protected takes a lot of stress off me.

Fast and effective

Much more simple than I expected!
