Bare minimum met but wish it was more personal
Overall the experience just met the minimum required to get the letter. It was very impersonal and short. I only got to talk about some symptoms and the letter seemed very much like a template copy that they change one or two words for. The call was cut very short (3 minutes) and I definitley did not get to say all that I wanted to nor have the letter be as personal as I wanted it to be. The app used however is very helpful and beneficial for me.
