My experience with Pettable was wonderful! In case anyone else is anxious as to what the process entails here is a brief summary of my experience. During the intake process you are asked to answer 5 prompted questions regarding your relationship with your pet and a short questionnaire where you rank how often you experience certain emotions/symptoms. After submitting this information I was able to schedule a phone meeting with my clinician within a couple days. During the phone call we expounded on my answers to the prompt questions and questionnaire. My clinician was very kind and caring and explained her process and philosophy behind writing the ESA recommendation letter. If you are at all hesitant based off the uncertainty of the process I would say take the next step!

I am happy with the service from Pettable.com . Setting up my appt was quick and easy. Therapist was polite and professional. The price was affordable and time from consult to letter in my possesion was fonomnally quick. My therapist replyed to my questions days after our consulting quickly. I was extremely surprised and delighted by the customer service they provided me. A "Save and Return" feature would be handy for filling out preconculition questions. I had to restart 4 times due to interruptions by phone calls, and my baby kitties needing to be let in and out. Before I completed it the form I ended up with 2 profiles somehow. I also had a hard time locating and downloading my ESA Letter. It was kinda frustrating for me and almost caused a minor anxiety attack. Please remember your dealing with a person who gives up easily and quickly made anxious. It's easy for me to find reasons to feel bad about my abilities or lack of. Be kind and make things as accessable and easy to locate as possible. Over all I am extremely happy. Haven't given letter to my landlord yet. I believe that if there any problems that Pettable.com will be there to help me over any obstacles I encounter. Very impressed and have recommended there service to many of my friends and group members.
