Easy and Worth It!
The entire process was very easy and smooth. I vas very nervous to speak to someone, but doing it over the phone eased my nerves. My consultation was quick and she really made me felt heard. My documentation was ready the same day, which is great too!

Easy to travel with my dogs now
I have been having trouble traveling everywhere with my dogs and Pettable was fast and professional and allowed me to have my girls with me!! It was an awesome experience!! If you have medical issues and need your animals with you, do not hesitate to do this! Worth every penny!! It has eased my mind about traveling and getting out in the world!!

Decent service, terrible providers
The therapist I was assigned did not show up to our arranged appointment. She did not communicate with me at all. Ended up calling my cell phone well after the appointment time and did not even apologize or acknowledge she failed to show up during the 30 minute meeting window. When she did call me she was unprepared. She did not have half the information which was provided to her through my paperwork, was not very personable, and rushed our whole meeting in 5 minutes. Worst experience I had with a mental health professional and I have been seeing someone for over a decade. I only used pettable to renew my ESA letter from my doctor who had retired. I’d rather stick with medical professionals than the individual who was assigned to me.
