Pettable is a very professional…
Pettable is a very professional company. The process is extremely straightforward and the therapist I dealt with, Marie Cachon, was very compassionate and understanding. My letter arrived a couple of minutes following our call. I couldn’t have asked for better service!! Thank you Pettable!!

Money grab. Just ask your regular dr
Giving 2 stars only because i received my money back quickly. Not going to disclose my disorder so publicly, but with the symptoms that come with my physical disability include anxiety, depression, and memory loss. After telling my regular doctor I was denied by the online therapist they laughed and wrote me my letter for free saying I should've came to them first.

Excellent service
Excellent service, my letter was accepted for housing! The only reason I give 4 stars is that the letter is only good for one year and is dated as such. I did not see that disclosed anywhere. My landlord said he will need a new letter each year.
