I paid for a letter that was advertised…
I paid for a letter that was advertised as an ESA that was acceptable for a landlord only to get legal advise saying it's useless! I paid over $160! I want my damn money back!!

Got a letter that worked!
They did great for me! Got an appointment, talked to someone then got my letter right away. The only thing is they don’t tell you that you might have to pay more if your living situation requires an extra form to be filled out or signed, it’s an extra $50 to get another form signed just so you know!
