easy quick process

I had talked to Ian about my interview. He was great and very understanding.He knows how special our pets are to us all.He was very easy to talk to,which makes you feel at ease and explain my situation. I thank Ian and Pettable for your help and kindness.

The sites were easy to use and straightforward. I made my application and created appointments without trouble, however I had my therapist appointment canceled only 2 hours before due to an event on the therapist's behalf interfering. The next week rolls around for my rescheduled appointment and once again only a few hours before the therapist cancels, and says they aren't capable of handling my request, so I was once again forced to reschedule because the 3 weeks since I established my profile had gone without anyone confirming the real compatibility between the proclaimed "perfectly matched therapist". The new one I was handed to had only 1 day available per week for the next 2 months and all at inconvenient 10-1 times on a Monday, which for any normal 9-5 is very incompatible. Currently waiting on my 3rd scheduled appointment which still isn't for another 2 more weeks. Despite the claims of fast service I've been given little information or comfort that this process is going to pan through and can only worry for my appointment to get canceled the day of once more. On top of my fight to even get into an appointment, I continually receive promotional emails nearly every day of the site begging me to rate them, well here I am, and I doubt they're happy with a report like this.

Great Customer Service Overall - I am pleased with the service I received from the Pettable team. The Social Worker was responsive to my needs and efficient in providing me with the ESA letter, as well as completing the ESA-related information & completing the ESA form required by my condominium management team. In addition to this, the Social Worker graciously accommodated my request asking her to make a much-needed change to Condo ESA form as per my Condo requirements. That said, one thing I would like to ask of the Pettable team is that, for us clients who are inexperienced with this process, please be patient with us as we ask you to do something for which we are not familiar, as it is never our intention (as clients) to impose upon you or your time. And, with that said, I thank the Pettable team for your kindness, efficiency, and help with this matter of producing an ESA letter for me, and for completing my Condo ESA form, so I may adopt my sweet fur baby ESA cat that will bring me much joy. The support I received through my Pettable experience was amazing. My apartment complex needed additional information for my ESA letter, and the healthcare provider I was connected with through Pettable was incredibly prompt to respond and resolved the issue right away. Additionally, my apartment complex had to verify my letter, and the healthcare provider once again was prompt to respond. I highly recommend using Pettable if you are moving and need an ESA letter for your beloved pets.

I had a great experience, the therapist I was paired with was great and helped me get everything done in time since some weirdness happened with my apartment complex. I am so grateful for this service and that now I can have my animals listed as the ESAs they are, I also learned more about ESA letters doing this since my old doctor didn't tell me they expired. I thought the pricing was reasonable and they let me know asap that I needed additional documents, which was good as my apartment complex didn't tell me. Thank you for all you do!
