This experience was great!
This experience was great. I was so worried about the outcome at first because I'd never done this before. Not only did I get my ESA letter, but it worked and it was so much easier than I thought. I got to keep my dog and my housing w/ no questions asked. Rhiana was amazing and she was a real person. She also treated me like a real person she was reliable, and followed through with everything I needed. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. If I need anything, I was told to text or call and that she will be there if I should need her. I will always recommend Pettable. They changed my life and made the unattainable achievable.

Excelent Service
Their page is easy to navigate to get oriented and make your appointment, they are in constant communication remembering the day and time of your appointment with the assigned interviewer. Punctual the day of the interview, professional and fast. It is my second year with them and I have not had any problems with their letter of recommendation!

They give bad service but refunds are great.
Paid and scheduled appointment but pettable was a no show. Money was refunded promptly.
