Registering for the site and completing the medical questionnaire was quick and intuitive. On a Friday afternoon, I was able to schedule a telemedicine appointment with a locally-licensed counselor for the following Monday. Pettable’s automated communication let me know what to expect, and provided a path to live support if needed. My counselor, Karen F, was professional, courteous, and quite knowledable of ESA law. Following our session, I received a very well-written ESA letter in short order. I would highly recommend this service for anyone in the same position I found myself in.

Got results quick

I was unable to get in touch with someone to reschedule my appointment due to the fact that I had a family emergency. And then I was going to be charged for the appointment to talk to a therapist for 15 minutes. Which I was paying through Klarna. Very disappointing because when I called I was put on hold said someone would be with me in eight minutes then the line cut call back three more times 20 minutes 10 minutes no answer and then hopefully someone will be with you in just a moment line was cut again, and I need it all my papers and everything so I could receive the dog I had to turn the dog away.
