I had a great experience becoming a client of Pettable. I appreciated the work I had to put in to be approved. The site is easy to navigate. Their customer service was very helpful when I needed them for an error I made. The doctor assigned to me was kind, thorough, and very direct; which I appreciate. This is definitely not a quick process like some of the other sites I looked into. It took me 2 days to get approved. Pettable does not hand out ESA certifications like candy. If you are serious about getting proper ESA certification(s) for your furbaby, I highly recommend Pettable.
