Kya Miller LICSW, LCSW - Evaluation for ESA Letter
Kya Miller, LICSW, LSCW was the clinician assigned to my ESA evaluation. I accidentally entered my phone number incorrectly (when I registered on Pettable). As a result of that, I missed my appointment time. Kya reached out through the patient portal to let me know there was an issue with my contact information. After I corrected it, I assumed I would have to reschedule. Instead, she called me and completed my assessment anyway. I was incredibly grateful. I respect other people's time and felt terrible that I had missed my appointment because of my own mistake. Kya was so gracious and understanding. Her willingness to work with me (especially after I missed my appointment) saved me both time and money by avoiding the need to reschedule. Additionally, she provided the letter the very next day. I could not asked for more. There are countless other ESA providers. It's hard to pick one that is legitimate. Pettable is the best one out there. The need for an ESA letter is a serious matter. Therefore, it should be treated as such. Pettable assigned a licensed professional to assist me. I recommend Pettable. They are a legitimate source for obtaining an ESA letter.
