Everything was so done so quickly and professionally. My therapist called right on time as scheduled and got the letter I needed out quickly. I went from having a bad landlord to one that was just as bad in different ways. I was being pressed for ridiculous pet deposits and monthly pet rent which I believe was ludicrous and heartless given the fact that I have had my cat for 7 years and was never required to pay anything. It was the one good thing the previous landlord did for me. I needed the letter and I needed it quickly. The turnaround time was less than 48 hours and I have submitted it. It's a week later and there have been no further issues regarding this brought up again. So far so good. There were two small typos on the letter I received, but I placed a call and a text and my therapist responded within minutes and corrected them immediately and resent the letter. It made me very happy that she was willing to drop whatever she may have been doing at that moment to help me. We all make mistakes in life. I know I have. I could be the poster guy for what not to do, so I am very forgiving. I just know the nature of my new landlord and his team. They are looking for things to call tenants down on. I couldn't give them any reason whatsoever to bring the letter into question. So, my letter was perfect in the end because my therapist made it that way and I am very thankful and happy for that. What I also like is the range of other services available at Pettable. I am a new customer and I have a limited income with several obligations and it is also the holiday season, so I am not in a position to make any more commitments right now, but very well may take advantage of some of them in the future. I am digging the Pettable newsletter with all of the information available; the hints, tips, tricks and advice provided there and I'm looking forward to receiving the next one. I also visit the the Pettable web site from time to time. I am so glad and so happy that I chose Pettable.
