If I didn’t forget . It really quick. And I had talk to my assigned therapist talk to me on the phone and she is very compassionate and understanding my situation. I am grateful. Her name is Marie C , she send me the letter within 15 mins . And I can able to submit to my landlord right away . And mean while I send email to Customer service . They also respond me promptly. That really help to keep my anxiety low . After all . my therapist reply to customers Service and forward all paperwork that she send to my landlord. And she reassured me that she completed everything from landlord paperwork. That’s awesome services . And I know this is not scam . And my landlord said the letter looks good so they proceeding my request. Thank you so much for Pettable. That’s really help others who need this support .
