I scheduled an appointment with a quick turnaround time and had a wonderful experience. The counselor I scheduled with was the most kind and understanding therapeutic professional I have spoken to in a long time. I received the ESA letter within hours of the appointment and it was thorough and effective. Although this service was a little more money than I had initially budgeted, I would gladly do it again. I am able to live with my pets and don’t have to worry about being discriminated against by my landlord.
