Excellent and professional service
The smooth experience of having to get my pets certified as ESA was flawless, very professional, and I would absolutely recommend this service above all others. Had a pointed and frank discussion with the therapist who really knew how to ask the questions, as she understood the fair housing law and what was required of me as the pet owner. Guidance was excellent.

Timely Help When In Need!
This is not a paid review. My therapist was attentive and listened to me. She made sure to tailor my ESA letter to my housing needs. I received the letter promptly after my evaluation. Even though I had an intake form I needed to complete before receiving my letter.

Slightly higher price was worth the…
Slightly higher price was worth the security that I was getting a real, refund-backed product. There are a lot of scams out there but I received a real letter that was accepted by my apartment manager. 4/5 stars only because I was unable to identify if the provider I met with is certified.
Response from Pettable ESADec 2, 2024
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the peace of mind we provide made the slightly higher price worth it. It’s true, there are many less trustworthy services out there, and we take pride in offering a legitimate, refund-backed product that works. We’re especially happy to hear that your apartment manager accepted your ESA letter without issue. We appreciate your honesty regarding the provider’s credentials. All of our providers are licensed mental health professionals who meet the legal requirements for ESA letters, and we’re always looking for ways to make their qualifications clearer to our clients. Your input is valuable, and we’ll use it to improve! Thank you for choosing Pettable!
