Petable will make process to get this letter a breeze. However, this company will also SCAM you out of your pocket. DO NOT FALL FOR THE BUNDLE PACKAGE. DO NOT PAY THE $14.99 A MONTH. THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING THAT IS PROMISED IN THAT ADVERTISMENT. However, they will still take $14.99 a month out of your account. When you email them to ask them about any of the perks that should be included in your bundle. Customer service will say that you needed to request it within a certain time frame and basically tell you "sorry charlie snooze you lose". Dont waste your money with this company. You can get just as legit of a letter for a cheaper price. DONT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING OR WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Customer Service wont help or make it right. They just push the "terms and conditions" on you and say "there nothing we can do". Horrible experience and will be taking my business and money else where. To bad because my Therapist was awesome!

Truly a weight off our shoulders! It was fast and easy! Will be recommending!
My 5 year old daughter has epilepsy and I have been trying to get her to see a therapist for a few months now. We decided an ESA would help her but we’re never able to get a therapist who can see her. They were unable to see minors or were not accepting new patients. Seemed like we were hitting a brick wall, so we gave up. Two weeks ago our daughter lost her security blanket and has been an emotional wreck and had us extremely nervous that her stress and anxiety would spark up a seizure. After trying to reach out to other therapists again, we had no luck. Our landlord requires an ESA letter so we went into a panic mode. After doing some research, I found Pettable. We decided to use their service and was scheduled with Ms. Kya Miller. She was able to see my daughter right away! I was very nervous but she made me feel comfortable and was able to understand why my daughter needed the ESA letter. We’re truly grateful for Ms. Kya Miller and Pettable.
