Made an appt. to have my puppy groomed! when I called they ask if she had her vaccines i said YES!! you may verify with her vet this is the name !! So i show up a week later for appt. I was asked for her vaccines ? i said i gave u all the info to verify? Oh we don't actually speak to the clients its a call center that u call ?????? INCOMPETENT people !!! Jason a manager from the store just said he was sorry!! Ruined my day wasted my time!! No More PetSmart for me!!!

I was at your location at 5154 Nicholson Lane attempting to buy some algae eaters I was given a third degree about what size my fish tank was then told by the manager Brittany that she is only allowed to sell me two algae eaters went back to the store later Brittany send a text message to her co-workers telling them not to sell me any algae eaters now certainly the size of my tank shouldn't matter but it's definitely bigger 55gal. than the tank in store that you house these fish for sale, and the associates act like they were afraid to sell me any fish this is borderline discrimination and I believe your manager Brittany definitely has a control problem and PetSmart certainly does not want or need my money I'm wondering what my options are at this point considering that the only thing I wanted to do was buy some fish and your managers personal blackballing action it's not warranted and I'm sure not legal, And I certainly wasn't aware that I had to pass a screening test in order to buy some fish. And Brittany is very rude

I went to the store located at great northern plaza .north Olmsted, Ohio on Jan 18.all I wanted was 3-4 goldfish,the sales girl in the fish dept asked me “What size tank you got?,I replied “ I got a 20 gallon tank . The girl by the name of “Renee said she couldn’t sell me the fish, so I asked if I could buy some feeders, she said’ wait a minute let me go ask, she left and returned shortly and said she couldn’t sell me any feeders,I proceeded to the cashier to pay for the whisper filter I was buying ,I asked the cashier (712914) why I couldn’t buy goldfish and he said” he didn’t know the fish dept rules, I was so embarrassed in front of all the customers in line i didn’t wait to see a manager.It seems whatever I wanted with the goldfish wasn’t none of Karen’s business I mean Renee’s business,it seems this store is racially motivated.if you are of color stay away from this one!!!

I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived at the store I called and was transferred to the pickup department twice and no answer either time. I went inside and waited patiently in front of 2 employees who were standing right in front of me talking. Several minutes went by and after they finished their conversation they finally looked at me expectantly. I told them I had placed an online order for pickup and one employee looked at the other one and he pulled a cellphone out of his pocket, looked at it and did something to it. Turned it on? Increased the ringer volume? No way of knowing what. He finally found the order and handed it to me. I looked at it to check and make sure it was correct. It was all there plus an item that wasn't mine which I handed back to him. The guy who helped me was nice enough but first of all I should not have had to get out of my car and go inside for a pickup order. Second of all I should not have had to stand right in front of the 2 employees and wait 5 minutes for them to stop talking and finally help me. Reading the online reviews I was horrified to see so many 1 star reviews and noticed a very common theme. About 95-98% of them were related to either poor customer or employee service. PetSmart seems to be hiring people who either stopped looking for work when they got the job there and have poor work ethic overall. PetSmart should be doing better training of their employees. Quite frankly looking at all the negative reviews with no feedback from PetSmart I am surprised they are still in business.

I took my beautiful long-haired yorkie in yesterday at 11:30 a.m. For a bath and trim. Yes, I gave specific instructions not to cut his hair off but to just shape it and to make sure his beard and ears remained long. That didn't happen. I called about 4:30 p.m., and he wasn't ready. I called back at 7:30 p.m., and he still wasn't ready. When I said, "Forget it," I'm coming to get him, they told me he would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there, I was pissed; they had shaved my baby bald. I went from having my beautiful prize-winning long-haired yorkie to a raggedy rat cut. I wish I could include pictures. My poor baby is traumatized. Don't Go To Petsmart for your fur-baby's grooming.

2nd time last week I've placed an order for delivery, in 6 years, and for the 2nd time, like the first, the courier has left over 120lbs of contents in my building Lobby. 1st time I was in debilitating chronic pain and in tears bringing it to my apartment. I believe it was Purolator. Last week, was my 2nd attempt at a delivery from Petsmart, a FEDEX Courier left 4 huge boxes, weight around 120lbs, in Lobby. If I wanted to carry it up from my Lobby, I would have gone to the store myself and brought it up from my car. I'm a 58 year old woman with serious disabilities; spine, knees, shoulders, hands, feet. I'm fed up of the incompetence. Couriers leaving pkgs in Lobby and companies that hired them, ie: Petsmart, not holding them accountable. Petsmart followed up a day or two later with a Sorry!
