We attend training classes for our dog at PetSmart NYC. The staff is attentive and courteous. Our trainer is the best. We are in the process of making our pup a REAL service animal. She is learning to alert on medication times and handling panic attacks. This is in addition to learning the skills to be qualified to enter restaurants, stores, medical visits. We began in a puppy class and have worked our way up to preparing for an AKC certification. Kaila G. is our trainer.

Our cashier was so sweet and patient with my mini schnauzer, who can get triggered easily in stores. She took the time to acknowledge him, got him to shake a paw and lay down, and gently redirected him when he got distracted. Her kindness to both of us completely made my day. Thank you for such wonderful, caring service—we’ll definitely be back!

Store 0178 Ridgemar This is the store I try to always go to their store. management is the best they r kind and give you the customer service that should be done everywhere. Teagan Reptile is the best. Grooming they’re just as wonderful.

Jackie at the Houston Eldridge store in grooming dept is great at her job. she has a calming effect on my dog. he is usually hesitant to go with people he doesn't know to well, but she calms him and gets him to relax for his nail procedure. All the staff in grooming area are friendly and helpful.

Purchase Litter Robot 5 we needed customer service help with the order and they were very helpful. We love our Litter Robot. It took a week for our cats to acclimate to it but now they are pros at it and use it. The workload of cleaning litter boxes has been solved!

I took my Standard Poodle, Babbette, to the Flagler, Miami, FL, grooming salon after Christina transferred there from the US1 location Miami. As always, Christina went above and beyond! Babbette is extremely sensitive about having her face and chest touched and can be quite the handful—she jumps around like a little billy goat! Despite her playful antics, Christina was incredibly patient, gentle, and determined to make her look her absolute best. When Christina finished, my little “billy goat” had been transformed into the chicest, most beautiful black poodle imaginable! Her face, paws, and overall groom were absolutely perfect. Thank you, Christina, for your patience, kindness, and exceptional talent. You are truly a gifted groomer, and I couldn’t be happier to have followed you to the Flagler location. Flagler is incredibly lucky to have you on their team, and so am I! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

I needed to take my cat to the emergency clinic. Both of my carriers broke. I hurried to PetSmart. Becky S. took the time to put the carrier together. It was a long process. She was friendly and understanding. Great service

I don't get the low rating. I contacted Pet smart just under a week ago through their chat option. I was connected to an agent that exceeded my expectation. I unfortunately had some technical issues with the base of my smart spinner litterbox. After explaining that I've tried litterally everything I could find on their web page also the stuff the agent was asking me to do. There was only a short step to getting me a new one as I was in warranty. This was processed on a monday. And on the saturday the same week I recieved my new product! Great costumer service! Great actionplan! I will continue to recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase!
