The puppy trading was a total waste of time and money. My pup learned nothing. The trainer didn’t want to be there. She stayed 1/2 hour, not the hour promised.

We adopted a dog from the Woodinville PetSmart in Washington. the adoption was from Compassion for Companions out of Texas. We bought our dog 9/29/2023 for $600 and on 10/1/2023 we had her in Pilchuck Vet hospital for and infection. We went to the hospital ($296.59) because we were unable to get into PetSmart vet anywhere in the Seattle area. we were told to see our own vet a few days later. Going to our own vet on 10/4/2023 we got more meds (248.17). on 11/29/2023 we went to our vet for a growth along side our dogs nose more meds ($60.39). on 2/14/2024 our dog threw up and then died from some internal problem.

I wish I could add the attachments along with my post but the condition of their fish is absolutely sickening. All in one tank there was multiple dead fish on the bottom tank, there were multiple fish stuck in the plants with each other. Their beta fish were sick and one was literally on its side. I wish I had the money and space to take all of them and save them🥺

Took my long haired shepherd to get a bath and her toe nails clipped, they called me and said she will be ready in 15 minutes and that was the end of that call, my husband got there to pick her up and found she was bleeding pretty bad on her paw pad asked what happen and nobody had an answer they didn’t know, manger came and refunded us our money and asked if they clipped her nails cause he thought maybe they clipped one to short and that’s where the blood maybe coming from and we said they were supposed to but didn’t and as he’s looking he said you can clearly see they didn’t. He was very apologetic and trying himself to find out where she is bleeding from, at this point the vets are closed we had to take her to the ER and found out her paw pad was cut open and we believe it happen when she was trimming her hair around her feet.They knew she was hurt and never once called or even let us know when we arrived!

Pet Smart on Wilma Rudolph is the best ! I took my dog Daisy for a bath a nail clipping , she looked so fluffy and her nails were amazing!! Will recommend to all Pet Lovers !!

I took our 2 Dogs which are pit bulls today Shawnee Oklahoma Pet Smart 02/10/2024 Nola an Cooper for baths today Cooper was first now he weighs 90lbs.I dropped him off at 8 an picked him up at 10 to drop Nola off for hers and Cooper looked Great! an was happy! So That tells me somthing right there because if you have Pit Bulls you know there very emotional. An when I came back to get Nola they said she wag her tail the whole time while taking a bath! I think they did a Fantastic job with our to puppies Thanks Shawnee Oklahoma Pet Smart! I be back again! Joe n Dawn

i have taken my dog here 3 times & they never do what they are supposed to do. the 3 times i have taken her i always ask to get her nails cut & they havent done it once but still charge me for it. the recent time that i went they charged me for a full haircut when i just wanted a trim. I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to waste your money on something you aren’t asking for.

This is how pet smart lies, they tell you that you don’t need an appointment to have your dog groomed but when you show up without an appointment you will not receive service and told that you need an appointment. Company lies. Stay as far away from pet smart as you can, if they lie to the human how are they going to treat your pet. Their website clearly states no appointment is required in more than one location.
