I booked an appt. with Jennifer F. at the PetSmart in Oxon Hill, MD location for my dogs grooming. The appt. was at 9am. At 1:30pm I went up there to see if everything was okay. They told me that my dog hadn't even been seen yet. Therefore, my dog must have been in a cage for 4.5 hours. I took my dog and left. This has NEVER happened. I have always got good customer service and professionalism in the past. This was my first time scheduling with Jennifer F. NEVER, will I book with her again. I warn anyone who want to schedule at this location not to book with her.

I had a terrible experience with PetSmart Brandon Florida grooming service, their grooming service is beyond terrible, no words to describe how terrible their service is, the staff are extremely rude. I tried to get a bath service to my 14 years old female Shih Tzu, and they tread her so bad, she is an old dog, they need to have patience with elderly animals and not be so disrespectful. I just left my dog to the bath and after 2 minutes they call me back to get my dog asap because she was nervous, when I picked my dog up, she was so nervous and shaking.

I recently did an online order for pickup at my local store. The website itself was easy to navigate and I quickly found what I was looking for. They have a good variety available of the food that I buy for my dog. When I got to the store to pick up my order I could tell they were short stuff. It took a bit longer than I expected to actually get my items. It was annoying but I could tell it wasn't really their fault there was just a line of customers and hardly any employees. I will probably buy from them again especially if they have the lowest price available for what I'm looking for.

Hi...I want to commend one of the sales associates in your Brookhaven, PA, store. Her name is Ronni; she is very accommodating and friendly. She goes the extra mile in servicing the customer's needs, questions, and doing her job with efficiency and dedication. Kudos to Ronni. Thank you, Donna Mattia

Petsmart autoship is terrible. They charged me 3 times in May instead of once. I cancelled my subscription on May 31, 2024 due to this. They charged me twice in July 2024, which I told my credit card not to pay. When I talked to customer service they were not interested and hung up on me. Will never do business with them again. I wonder how many people who don’t check their bank statements have been over charged?

We recently took our American Eskie to a PetSmart grooming location for a full service grooming. We specifically requested that the groomer remove some matting from her coat. However, when we picked her up, we were shocked to discover that the groomer had shaved off half of her hair, leaving her skin exposed on the back part of her body. The groomer did not inform us of this decision in advance, and we would never have authorized such a drastic measure. When we expressed our shock and concern, the groomer was dismissive and unconcerned. Unfortunately, our dog developed a bacterial skin infection as a result of the grooming, which resulted in a $350 veterinary bill. Our veterinarian was appalled that the groomer had shaved off half of our dog's hair, as it is both harmful and unnecessary under the circumstances. In light of this experience, we would not recommend PetSmart grooming services to anyone, nor will we be returning to any PetSmart location for any pet supplies in the future.

They advertised a $10. discount on their site for a purchase of $50. or more with free delivery on July 4th. The advertisement has a place to go for terms but it couldn’t be opened. I made a purchase of $57.97 to be delivered on that day but it didn’t show the discount. I called the store but the manager couldn’t find anything ou and she gave me a main office customer service number. I called it that following Monday and I was told that it referred to only specific items. No explanation as to why the terms weren’t able to opened. I will be going elsewhere for my pet supplies.

I’m disabled so I use the same-day delivery that they have but I keep getting wrong orders so I asked what can they read and they said it ain’t us it’s DoorDash so they’re blaming all their mistakes and DoorDash. I get the wrong worms and then they tell me that I have to go up there and get the right worms after I already tipped DoorDash five bucks and paid for the extra whatever for DoorDash. I gotta run up there and get my own, so I called bbb on them and now they won’t Taking any of my orders, which is fine because they don’t get them right anyways, but I thought I’d let everybody else know how horrible they are
