As soon as I walked in, they were flexing their 30 dead betta fish in little plastic cups. Got the dog food fine, the person checking me out was pretty rude, but that's not the company's fault. Shop here if you like dead animals I guess.

Boca Raton, FL State Road 7 Caring staff..but antibiotic given to my cat for UTI was not helpful and probably contributed to her death...I will never know. I was not given any warnings about this 3rd generation antibiotic Convenia which stays in the system for two weeks. Researching this drug has upset me greatly. There are Facebook groups about the dangers of this drug and many vets from a Google search are against it. I should have researched this drug first, but there was no time..my cat was pretty sick with UTI that may have spread..but when I got her back, she was worse..I even gave her sub fluids, which made her look better..but she still passed Big lesson learned for me..know your drugs, research them before your pet gets them

I have monthly appointment to get my dog groomed and they do a pretty good job for the price. I always have to wait 15-20 minutes even though I have the appointment scheduled but its not a huge deal since the price is inexpensive. Other dog groomers charge an arm and a leg so that's why I take my dog here. They don't use the best quality shampoo, but its best for the time being until I can find a better groomer.

Had a random auto ship set up for my old address and since it processed in the middle of the night at 1 AM, I called when I woke up, the customer service person on the phone sounded so done with me as soon as I answered the phone. I started out being nice but they were not being helpful at all and said that I could call FedEx and have them reject the order and return it to PetSmart. You would think “so I would get my money back?” Nope! I would still get charged $75 and have no product to show for it. They said it was too late to cancel even though I never received a notice email that this was coming up. They also recommended I have a friend go pick it up and return it (I moved to a different state so that won’t work will it?). To make it all better, I set up a new auto ship for my new address and instead of receiving the 3 items I ordered, I received 1. They said there are two tracking numbers online and that the order is coming separately. Not sure where they saw two tracking numbers or if they just made that up, but I have one tracking number, an order that says it is fully completed, and a delivery picture of one item, not 3. Currently trying to find some solution with them but they are awful, with service, notifications, and general care for the pets they claim to care about.

Brought my dog gizmo into petsmart this morning and Taylor Hendrickson went above and beyond, she did a fantastic job fixing my dog up. Petco refused to groom her because they said she was too nervous but Taylor said she was the sweetest dog. She will definitely be my dogs new permanent groomer. My only regret is that I didn't have any cash on me to tip her.

Maggots! Absolutely horrified to find the $400 package of food I bought to be infested with maggots after cans were delivered damaged. PetSmart refused to replace the items nor did they seem shocked, which leads me to believe this is not the first time this has happened. I recommend spending your money somewhere that actually cares about the health of your pets rather than unapologetically shipping unsafe food. Absolutely horrid, unacceptable customer service.

Visited PetSmart in Nanaimo twice in the last month. Each time we had exceptional service especially from Marika. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Three weeks ago we purchased a cat tower for our two cats. It was as tall as the width of our car and we had quite an adventure getting said cat tower into the car. Marika stayed with us until it was successfully and safely loaded. The cashier that handled the sale made sure that we got discounts etc. all in all we are very happy with PetSmart.

i take my dogs grooming to the location on Westheimer in Houston Tx 77063 and they have never once not left me happy with their service, they seem to really try to handle my pets and others I've observed and i feel safe taking them there. it can be hard to trust your fur babies with groomers and as i know other locations have had problem . in this location they are very sweet
