Do not give this excuse for a company anything of value. Cringe worthy service. Product arrived completely destroyed, called them and they promised reship of item at no cost and overnight shipping. Did not follow through and then canceled the order on a Saturday. A day I could not call and say anything about it due to their hours of operation. So I paid for a destroyed terrarium kit and also the next day shipping for an extra 30 dollars. Arrived 4 days later. *spits at petsmarts feet*

Took my dog in for grooming this was his 4th visit. The groomer had a hard time time with his face. She told me he was getting snippy as she tried to to do it. After I got home and removed his collar he is all red and his skin is showing. It's all sore. No wonder he wasn't cooperative since he was hurt. I'm mainly upset since she blamed him when he normally isn't a problem. She just covered it up with his collar instead of letting me know what she did to him. He's a shih tzu that gets along with everyone and other dogs. I will never take him there again! Please just be careful with your fur baby.

Took my Goldendoodle for a grooming. I asked for about ~ 1/2 of of the length to be taken off. When I picked her up she had been SHEARED down to 1/2 inch. They claimed it was due to matting and my dog's comfort. Read: It would have taken too much time to actually groom my groom my dog and shearing was quick and easy. Even the shearing was done poorly with the shear marks still evident, areas that were different lengths.... my poor puppy. I was I could post the before/after pics. Petsmart Saratoga Springs NY.

I'm kinda disappointed at the experience we had at the vero beach PetSmart grooming service I'm just gonna start off by saying we booked a service for the bath and wash deluxe We came in and she started telling us there policy which I can understand that they don't wanna force the dogs into the grooming process and that they said we can't put a muzzle on them because it's just not allowed and I was like okay that's understandable but then we started talking about how if he nips or bites he has to go back home and be picked up as soon as it happens no matter him being done or not I totally was understandable at the time before I knew everything was gonna go to pure crap also before I get into anything else the lady was so hesitant to even get him in and that was kinda weird. We looked at are prices and figured everything out and they said the fundamental pack would be better because we have a husky so we said okay we'll do that instead so we got that all sorted out handed them the dog and we left and bought a few things before heading out the store and may I remind you they said he should be done within three or two hours, we left and just went to one other store and grabbed a few things and before I knew it she called me and said your dog should be done in ten or fifteen minutes so we had to rush out check are things out and rush back to PetSmart. She was explaining how it went that they did the bath and he nipped her when she tried to touch his thigh area so I'm just gonna break for y'all he was still wet on his tail and his head he was not brushed out all the way his feet was not trimmed and his teeth was not brushed at all nor did they try and even take the time to actually calm him down and let him process what was even going on do to the fact he is a rescue they charged us 74 FRIKIN DOLLARS FOR A HALF ASS JOB and said well you can work with him at home and just brush him every day every time I touch his thigh he does nothing he doesn't nip whatsoever he actually enjoys it all I know is I won't be coming back and I'll be doing his bath my self because I had to do it anyways when I got home because they couldn't the only good part about this is the lady that was talking to us was super nice and the cashier my tips for PetSmart grooming service is plz take more time to show these animals you are no threat instead of just throwing them into it and that's why they nip and bite in my personal opinion muzzles would be great because we ain't paying 74 or more to get a half ass dog done

I took my little Chihuahua for a bath and nail clipping. They did a terrible job bathing him, they didn’t cut the tiny dewclaws and all the nails were improperly & barely cut. When I requested they do, they said to take it to the vet because they couldn’t do. I’ll never bring my dog to this place again. The manager is even worse. Unprofessional people.

We are beyond angry. Our puppy Sadie came home from her grooming appointment at PetSmart (on Miller /Camelback in Scottsdale) with a shaved raw belly, a nicked nipple, raw skin and nicks in both front "arm pits", nicks on her neck, and only half her face groomed. The groomer said Sadie wouldn't allow the clipper near her face. I WONDER WHY! The subsequent vet bill was well over $100.00 between the call and medication.

So I decided to trust Petsmart again after they got me for $400 plus dollars saying treatment would help my pup back in 2019 and the pup died 4 hours later. Now I’ve taken my dog in for her having diarrhea they charged me $282 and what they gave didn’t work and decided to try to charge me another $140 after I took her in for them to see why she still has diarrhea. The wellness plans take care of nothing. They lock you in at a price monthly but do nothing. I will never go back And will definitely be posting via social media for none of my followers to go. They only care about money they even told me Fresh Pets wasn’t good for dogs but yet still it’s sold in a store they work out of. Bad business

After setting up my tank which was very expensive by the way and I also have a an electric filter motor aerator setup I went to PetSmart to get three small goldfish the girl was very rude to me and told me that goldfish grow so I needed to have a 20 gallon tank to be able to buy them which she is very mistaken because when I looked it up those size is I did ask for the small ones only need 2 gallons each she was very rude and very discriminatory I was with someone that does have a permanent disability and he does look like he has the permanent disability so I think she did it more by looks of my friend and I.I would never recommend going to petsmart.When I sent a complaint to them about it they were very rude and sarcastic," insult after injury "Thankful that I DONT HAVE TO GO BACK FOR ANY SUPPLIES!I have owned goldfish in the past,they probably wanted to sell a tank.Very bad business.Discrimination,civil consumer rights.
